During LAT the participants are encouraged to identify future partnership, develop a team-worked LEAD Associate Project, and to build a road map toward sustainable development based on the specific topic of that year. The document of the road map will be disseminated to related agencies, which can bring changes toward sustainable development.

| | | "LEAD guided me to more deeply comprehension that the earth gives all human needs except their greed". (Maria Hartiningsih, KOMPAS Daily, LEAD Fellow 1st Cohort).
| | | "Initially I assumed that LEAD materials would be just common ones. But I was mistaken. I got a new perspective, understanding, wider networking, more than just environmental management. What is rarely understood is that to be able to join LEAD is something precious. Because the truth is that the longer the more worthy it will be…". (Laksmi Dhewanthi, Office of the Ministry of Environment, LEAD Fellow 3rd Cohort).
| | | "LEAD International -- in different ways - has made LEADers experiencing a multicultural and universal profession. Firstly, they come from tens of countries with various cultures who in fact experience similar problem: environment:. Secondly, the problem of development has universal character, and it can make a LEADer feels needed not merely in her/his own country, but at the global level in the same globe as well". (Eka Budianta, culturalist and consultant, LEAD Fellow 5th Cohort).
